The Behavioral Design Fellowship is an advanced intensive training program for social impact practitioners. Participants will learn how to apply the insights from behavioral science to design novel behavioral solutions. This 1-year program consists of: 

  • Pre-work: An introductory webinar, required background reading, and a self-directed outcome identification activity
  • In-Person Workshop: A 3-day in-person workshop (24 hours of in-person instruction and networking)
  • Behavioral Design Project: An action learning behavioral design project implemented at your workplace (30-40 hours of on-the-job learning)
  • Coaching and Mentorship: Monthly videoconference coaching and mentorship (8+ hours of in-person coaching)
  • Feedback: Written feedback on behavioral design project assignments
  • Webinars: Bi-monthly webinars on topics in applied behavioral design
  • Peer Network: Regular opportunities to connect with other fellows, share experiences and ideas, and forge strong connections with like-minded behavioral design practitioners.
